The possibilities that Canada has to offer are boundless. Inspiring, empowering, exposing, and teaching our BIPOC community to capitalize on their potential is our mandate.

BIPOC youth need to look up and see role models in prominent careers.

Equally, BIPOC professionals need to look around their work environment

and feel reassured that they are welcomed.

Program Overview

I SEE ME creates the generational linkage between those who dream and those who are living the dream. I SEE ME supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) #4 to Ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning.

The objective of I SEE ME is to inspire youth to be all they can be and know that certain career paths, extra-curricular activities and lifestyles are not just reserved for folks who don’t look like them. They too are welcomed to be at the table. Black professionals are reassured of their place at the table and expand their network of support and like minded individuals.

Sponsored By

The I SEE ME project is sponsored by CIBC Wood Gundy Group, specifically the McDonald Group and the Commerce Valley Financial Group.  The program is being delivered in partnership with The Stock Market Game, One Voice One Team (OVOT), the Youth Association for Academics, Athletics and Character Education (Y.A.A.A.C.E), and Longos.
